Do you charge for quotes?
No, all quotes are free and carry no obligation. We visit your home, measure up, discuss what you want and check the existing plumbing, electrics and structure before pricing anything — we don't quote over the phone or from photographs, because that's how surprise costs appear later. You'll receive a detailed written quotation setting out exactly what's included.
How quickly will you get back to me?
We answer calls and WhatsApp messages during working hours, Monday to Friday, and reply to anything received outside those hours the next working day. For the villages closest to us a survey can usually be arranged within a day or two; across the wider area it is typically within a week. We will always tell you an honest date rather than an optimistic one.
What happens after I get in touch?
We arrange a home visit at a time that suits you, look at the room and what is behind it, and talk through what you actually want rather than what is easiest to sell. A written quotation follows within a few working days, setting out the scope, the inclusions and the exclusions. There is no pressure and no follow-up sales visit.
What should I have ready before you visit?
Nothing formal is needed, but it helps if you have a rough idea of what you want to change and any images that show the style you are after. If you have already bought or specified a kitchen or bathroom suite, have the plan or order list to hand so we can check it against the room. Access to the loft, stopcock and consumer unit is useful too.
